Required Skills:

  • A degree in accounting or similar.
  • Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in management systems.
  • Administration skills.
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software

Accounting Officer Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refunds
  • Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
  • Maintaining and reviewing financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
  • Preparing budgets regularly.
  • Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports
  • Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
  • Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
  • Do the bank transactions
  • Check Issuance for payables and Salaries
  • Releasing, Reconciling, Balancing and Reporting of Petty Cash
  • Issues and Files BIR 2307 Forms
  • Does Withholding tax summary
  • Updates and Files Cash and Check Expenses
  • Process BDO ATM Application for Employees
  • Do the report of Updated Bank statement of each account
  • Filing of Payslips
