DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for Telesales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Introduce the company`s products/services and contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
- Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
- Ask questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listen to the customers' needs to generate potential clients.
- Keep up to date on all products/services and inform customers if there are new and updated details.
- Meet sales quotas.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a Telesales Representative
- Strong customer-orientation and cummunication skills
- Ability to work towards strict targets
