Leadership Session 2023

Allied Fusion organized the “2nd Leadership Learning Session.” The primary speaker was our CEO, Ms. Yuko Tsushima.

The session started at 7:00 in the morning. Leaders of different departments attended.

The highlighted topics were about sharing the struggles and how they overcame these as an individual.

Department leaders shared their life and work stories and on how they did struggle and conquered the challenges. It was indeed an emoting discussion.

The main objective of the session is to let them remember that the leaders are still human beings who have struggles on their own which they need to face and to learn from these.

To be an effective leader, you must understand your own motivations, strengths and weaknesses.

Being a leader is in itself a challenge.

You may have different internal and external challenges but we at Allied Fusion is in support for every leaders to continue to be a leader and also continue to be a functioning human being.
