As a Recruitment Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to identify, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates. Overall, as a Recruitment Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the organization's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals.

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to drive process improvements and decision-making.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
