How to Use
  1. Calls per Interval: Enter the total expected call volume for the selected timeframe.
  2. Average Handle Time (AHT): Include talk time, hold time, and after-call work (seconds).
  3. Target Service Level: The % of calls you aim to answer within the target wait time.
  4. Planned Shrinkage: Factor in breaks, meetings, training, and absences.
