Appointment Setter (B2B)
Reports to: Team Leader | Department: Operations
An Appointment Setter provides support to the company's sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments. They also deliver general customer and administrative support, and are responsible for contacting leads to generate qualified appointments.
Principal Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with the essential details of our products and services
- Call prospective clients using a provided list of phone numbers
- Accept inbound calls from prospective clients as they arise
- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
- Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered
- Follow up with prospective clients who were previously unreachable
- Inform the Manager of recurring product-related complaints that warrant attention
Required Skills
- At least 6 months of appointment setting and lead generation experience
- 2+ years of B2B appointment setting experience is preferred
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Salary & Benefits
Salary will depend on skills and experience.
