Job Description:
- Application troubleshooting relating to the Customer’s specific products
- Management Information Systems, including, but not limited to Service Now.
- Provide Remote support to client’s organization
- Provide support to internal customers of the client’s organization relative to their desktop and servicing applications.
- Willing to work on shifts.
Requirements:
- 2 years related work experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Industrial experience into Transportation or Logistics field
- Above average English oral and written communications skills
Qualification:
- Degree holder with Major in IT related courses OR
- Diploma holder with Major in IT related courses plus 3 years IT related working experiences
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows Servers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Basic understanding of network principles
Preferred skills:
- ITIL certified
