AFSI held its Leadership Strategies Discussion for 2026 with all leaders and management coming together to reflect, realign, and set a clear direction for the year ahead. This session served as both a moment of reflection and a turning point toward intentional, forward-driven leadership.

The discussion opened with a review of 2025, where managers shared their real experiences—what worked, what didn’t, and the lessons gained through navigating change, pressure, and growth.
